We are having a Self Defense Seminar November 14th from 12:00 to 2:00. The cost is $20. Everyone is welcome to attend but we are limiting attendance to 15 people. There is a sign up sheet at the gym or you can email Liz to register Liz@clubkogyms.com.

This is a wonderful seminar that will teach you how to defend yourself in real life situations.
